ABILAND — Toddler Worlds
18 worlds, each with eight activities. The complete City world is free. One optional purchase unlocks the other 17 worlds. To report a gameplay issue, tell us the world and activity.
ABILAND Puzzle
12 themes with 21 pictures each, playable with 4, 6 or 8 pieces. The first picture in every theme is free at all three difficulties: 12 pictures and 36 puzzle variations. One optional purchase unlocks the remaining 240 pictures. For a problem, tell us the theme, picture and number of pieces.
Purchase and restoration help
I paid but the content is locked
- Open the game you purchased and connect the device to the internet.
- Check that you are using the same store and store account that made the purchase.
- Open Settings using the gear icon, complete the parental gate and select Restore Purchases.
- If the store is temporarily unavailable, try again later. If the problem persists, e-mail us with the game name and the error message.
Each game has a separate purchase. A Toddler Worlds purchase does not unlock Puzzle, and purchases cannot be transferred between Apple App Store and Google Play.
I changed devices
You can restore an existing purchase in the same game using the same store account on a compatible device from the same platform. Restoring a purchase does not restore game progress; progress is local unless transferred by your device's own backup tools.
How do I request a refund?
Use Apple — Report a Problem or Google Play refund help. The relevant store decides eligibility. Do not send us passwords or payment-card details.
Playing and settings
Can my child play offline?
Yes. Installed pictures, activities, sounds and music work offline. An internet connection is needed for store availability, purchases, restoration and opening external support or legal pages.
How do I change language or set a time limit?
Open Settings and complete the parental gate. Choose English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian or Romanian. The time-limit options are 15, 30, 60, 120 and 180 minutes, or unlimited. When the limit is reached, the game asks an adult to pass the gate.
What does the parental gate do?
It helps protect settings, purchases and external links. Both games use an addition question. Continue to supervise use and configure purchase controls on the device.
Are there ads or user accounts?
Neither game has advertising or an ABILAND user account. Progress is stored locally. Read the Privacy Policy for information about purchases, support messages and this website.
How do I delete saved data?
See data deletion instructions for both games, including backups and purchase records.
Report a problem
Please include:
- the game name, app version, device model and operating-system version;
- the world/activity or theme/picture/difficulty involved;
- what happened and what you expected;
- the error message or a screenshot with personal information removed, if helpful.
Do not include children's names or images. A written description is sufficient to start.
