ABILAND — Toddler Worlds
18 worlds, each with eight activities. The complete City world is free. One optional purchase unlocks the other 17 worlds. To report a gameplay issue, tell us the world and activity.
ABILAND Puzzle
12 themes with 21 pictures each, playable with 4, 6 or 8 pieces. The first picture in every theme is free at all three difficulties: 12 pictures and 36 puzzle variations. One optional purchase unlocks the remaining 240 pictures. For a problem, tell us the theme, picture and number of pieces.
Abiland ABC: Letters & Numbers
Children aged 3–6 learn to recognise, hear and trace the letters of the English, Romanian and Russian alphabets and the numbers 0–10, guided by Lila the owl. The first 5 letters of each alphabet, the first test and the first 3 numbers are free. An optional yearly auto-renewing subscription unlocks every letter and number. This game has its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (the licence agreement accepted in the app). For a problem, tell us the language, the letter or number and the activity (word, tracing, jigsaw, balloons, building, counting or test).
Purchase and restoration help
I paid but the content is locked
- Open the game you purchased and connect the device to the internet.
- Check that you are using the same store and store account that made the purchase.
- Open Settings using the gear icon, complete the parental gate and select Restore Purchases. In Letters & Numbers, Restore is also on the subscription screen.
- If the store is temporarily unavailable, try again later. If the problem persists, e-mail us with the game name and the error message.
Each game is bought separately: a Toddler Worlds purchase does not unlock Puzzle or Letters & Numbers, and the Letters & Numbers subscription does not unlock the other games. Purchases cannot be transferred between Apple App Store and Google Play.
How do I manage or cancel the Letters & Numbers subscription?
The yearly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions;
- Android: Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions;
- in the game: the parents' area (gear icon, then the parental gate) has a Manage subscription button.
Everything stays unlocked until the end of the period already paid. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. With Family Sharing turned on, family members can use the same subscription.
I changed devices
You can restore an existing purchase in the same game using the same store account on a compatible device from the same platform. Restoring a purchase does not restore game progress; progress is local unless transferred by your device's own backup tools.
How do I request a refund?
Use Apple — Report a Problem or Google Play refund help. The relevant store decides eligibility. Do not send us passwords or payment-card details.
Playing and settings
Can my child play offline?
Yes. Installed pictures, activities, sounds and music work offline. An internet connection is needed for store availability, purchases, restoration and opening external support or legal pages.
How do I change language or set a time limit?
Open Settings and complete the parental gate. Choose English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian or Romanian. The time-limit options are 15, 30, 60, 120 and 180 minutes, or unlimited. In Letters & Numbers, the languages are English, Romanian and Russian (each alphabet keeps its own progress and sticker album) and the limit can be 15, 30 or 60 minutes, or none. When the limit is reached, the game asks an adult to pass the gate.
What does the parental gate do?
It helps protect settings, purchases and external links. All three games use an addition question. Continue to supervise use and configure purchase controls on the device.
Are there ads or user accounts?
None of the games has advertising or an ABILAND user account. Progress is stored locally. Read the Privacy Policy of Toddler Worlds and Puzzle, or the Privacy Policy of Letters & Numbers, for information about purchases and support messages.
There is no sound
Turn up the volume with the side buttons and check that sound is on in the parents' area. On an iPhone, Toddler Worlds and Puzzle follow silent mode: if the Ring/Silent switch or the Action button is set to silent, switch it back to ring. Letters & Numbers plays even in silent mode, because Lila's voice guides every activity, so only the volume matters there.
How do I delete saved data?
See data deletion instructions for Toddler Worlds and Puzzle, including backups and purchase records. In Letters & Numbers, use Reset progress in the parents' area for one alphabet or the numbers, or uninstall the app to remove all its data from the device.
Report a problem
Please include:
- the game name, app version, device model and operating-system version;
- the world/activity, the theme/picture/difficulty, or the language/letter/activity involved;
- what happened and what you expected;
- the error message or a screenshot with personal information removed, if helpful.
Do not include children's names or images. A written description is sufficient to start.
