This page covers ABILAND — Toddler Worlds (also named Abiland Kids: Toddler Academy / ABI Worlds) and ABILAND Puzzle, published by MIDAX STUDIO SRL, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

Neither game has an ABILAND user account. You can delete each game's local progress and settings independently. Store purchases, device backups and support e-mails are handled separately.

Delete local progress and settings

This removes language and sound settings, time-limit counters, progress and the local purchase-unlock flag. In Toddler Worlds it includes activity records; in Puzzle it includes completed puzzles, stars and difficulty selections. Select the correct game in the steps below.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings → General → iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage).
  2. Select ABILAND / ABI Worlds / Toddler Worlds or ABILAND Puzzle, depending on which game you want to remove.
  3. Choose Delete App and confirm.

Offload App and Remove from Home Screen do not delete the app's saved data. Delete App removes its local data; a backup may still contain a copy.

Android

  1. Open Settings → Apps and select the relevant ABILAND game.
  2. Open Storage (sometimes Storage & cache).
  3. Choose Clear storage or Clear data and confirm. Clearing only the cache does not erase progress.

You can also uninstall the game. Settings labels vary by device manufacturer.

Backups and transferred devices

Apple or Google device backups may retain app data and restore it when you reinstall or change devices. Review your iCloud or Android backup settings to remove unwanted backup copies. We cannot access or delete those backups for you. If data reappears after restoration, clear it again on the device.

Your purchase

Clearing local data does not cancel or refund a purchase and does not delete the store's transaction record. Restore an eligible purchase in the same game using Settings → Restore Purchases, the same store account and an internet connection. Purchases are separate for each game and do not transfer between Apple and Google.

For refunds or store-held records, contact Apple or Google Play.

Delete support correspondence or make a privacy request

E-mail hello@midax.studio with the subject ABILAND data deletion request. Tell us which game and which correspondence or information your request concerns. Use the e-mail address you previously contacted us from where possible. Do not send a child's details or identity documents unless we explain why further information is necessary.

We will review the request and delete information we no longer need, subject to any legal obligation to retain particular records. We will explain any such exception. We can also help route requests relating to purchase-service providers. We cannot remotely erase local game data or a store account.

Delete this website's language preference

Clear site data for abiland.app in your browser settings to remove the abiland_lang preference. This does not affect game progress or purchases. For website access logs or other privacy questions, contact us at the address above.
