Privacy Policy

Both ABILAND games · Updated 18 September 2026

No child account, no advertising. The games do not ask children for a name, e-mail address, photos or location. Game progress is saved on the device. Store purchases, visiting this website and contacting support involve separate processing described below.

1. Games covered and contact

This page covers ABILAND — Toddler Worlds (also named Abiland Kids: Toddler Academy / ABI Worlds) and ABILAND Puzzle, published by MIDAX STUDIO SRL, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

Privacy contact: hello@midax.studio. This policy also covers abiland.app and correspondence with our support team. New games are included only when this policy explicitly names them and describes their data practices.

2. Children and local game data

The games are designed for children aged approximately 2–5. There is no account registration, chat, user-uploaded content or advertising. We do not use children's game progress to build advertising profiles.

Each game keeps its own settings and progress in its private storage on the device:

These games do not offer an ABILAND cloud account or upload this progress to our own server. Device backup or transfer features provided by Apple or Google may retain copies according to your device settings. We do not control those backups.

3. Purchases and platform services

Both games use Unity In-App Purchasing to connect to Apple App Store or Google Play. Store services check product availability and previous purchases when the app connects to the store, and process purchases or restoration requested by a parent. An internet connection is needed for these store operations; the installed game content can be played offline.

The purchasing integration handles product identifiers, purchase receipts or transaction identifiers and purchase status to unlock paid content. The platform and purchase services may also process technical information needed to operate, secure and diagnose those services. We do not receive your payment-card details or store password.

These services have their own privacy information: Apple, Google and Unity. Their records and retention rules are separate from the game's local progress. Deleting the game does not delete a store transaction.

4. Parental controls

Settings, purchase screens and external support or legal links are protected by a maths parental gate. Both games use an addition question. A parental gate helps prevent accidental access; it is not a guarantee that a child cannot solve it, and it does not replace parental supervision or store purchase controls.

There is one optional non-consumable purchase per game and no subscription. A purchase in one game does not unlock the other game.

5. When a parent contacts us

If you e-mail support, we receive your e-mail address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer you, investigate a problem, resolve purchase questions or handle a privacy request. Our e-mail service provider processes this correspondence to deliver and store it.

Please do not send a child's name, photograph, voice recording, exact location, passwords or payment-card details. Crop or redact unrelated personal information from screenshots. We do not use support messages for advertising.

6. This website

When you visit abiland.app, the hosting provider processes connection information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from playing the games.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which can include your IP address and browser information. See Google Fonts privacy information.

The game catalogue saves your selected language in your browser's local storage under abiland_lang. This preference is not an account or advertising identifier and is not sent to us by the website code. You can remove it by clearing the site's browser data. The site does not include advertising pixels or an analytics script.

7. Purposes, access and retention

We process support correspondence to provide the assistance you request and handle legitimate support and security needs. We retain it only as long as needed to resolve the request and any related dispute or legal obligation. You can request deletion at any time; if a legal obligation requires us to retain part of a record, we will explain the reason.

Local game progress remains until you clear app storage or delete the app; device backups may persist separately. The language preference remains until you clear it. Hosting logs and store or purchase-service records follow the relevant provider's retention practices. Access to correspondence is limited to those who need it to provide support. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

A parent or guardian can contact hello@midax.studio to request access, correction or deletion of correspondence we hold, or raise a question about a child's information. We respond in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.

We cannot remotely erase progress on your device. For local data, browser storage, backup copies and store records, follow our data deletion instructions. No ABILAND account needs to be closed. For information processed by a service provider, contact us so we can help direct or handle the request as appropriate.

9. Security and changes

Local app storage is protected by the operating system. Support correspondence and website delivery rely on the safeguards of their respective service providers. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

When practices change, we update this page and its effective date. If a change requires notice or parental consent, that must be provided before the relevant processing begins.
